NEWSLETTER 3

We are sorry to have to tell you that, despite our best efforts, the Heritage Lottery Fund turned down our application.

In some way this is bad news as it means we have no special funding, but we don't think it need be as we, as organisers, are still interested in carrying on and feel it is an important and worthwhile piece of work to do.  We also feel that we can still do much of the work without funding if all of you share our feelings and are willing to participate.  To gauge your feelings, we have booked Sprotbrough Church Hall again for

Friday 30 November, from 2.30 - 4.30 pm.

We hope this is a suitable date and time for everyone to come along and air their views and see how or whether as a group we can take this project further.

Unfortunately there are a few people who came to the meeting who do not have an email address and did not leave their phone number.  If you know of anyone in this position or anyone else who you think might be interested in coming, we would be grateful if you could pass this information on.

If you could give us some idea of whether you can attend or not, that would also be very helpful.

Many thanks.
